Director - Digital, Data + AI Risk

The position

You will lead oversight across digital, data and emerging technology risk within a complex, transformation-led environment.

Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, product, operations and governance functions to support innovation while ensuring strong risk management, control effectiveness and regulatory alignment.

This role focuses on digital ecosystems, data governance, AI oversight and operational resilience across large-scale enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide independent oversight and challenge across digital and technology initiatives

Partner with business and technology leaders on transformation, automation and customer platform programs

Assess risk and control effectiveness across digital channels, data environments and emerging technologies

Support governance and oversight of AI, advanced analytics and data-driven decisioning

Drive uplift of risk frameworks, controls and governance practices across digital and data domains

Deliver clear risk insights and thematic reporting to senior leadership

Influence strong risk culture within agile and fast-paced delivery environments

Monitor evolving regulatory expectations relating to digital operations, data governance and AI

Support issue management, control remediation and continuous improvement initiatives

Act as a trusted advisor on technology, digital and operational risk matters
