We are currently seeking a Site Services Environmental Advisor to join our team in a FIFO role. Our head office is based in Welshpool.

Applicants must have 2+ years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Plus Pumps management with the tendering process for projects to ensure all environmental aspects are covered.
• Work with Plus Pumps client's premobilisation for the environmental components of projects through mining and marine sectors.
• Monitor environmental performance during dredging and pump operations across mine sites and projects throughout Australia.
• Ensure monitoring tools are maintained and calibrated.
• Carry out daily environmental inspections on dredge units, pumps, pipelines, hose connections, bunding and spill areas.
• Report all environmental observations, monitoring data and incidents in written reports to the Plus Pumps Operations Manager and site environmental teams.
• Support pump setup and pipeline checks identifying environmental risks such as leaks, spills or sediment disturbance and ensure compliance with environmental limits and license conditions.
• Assist with risk assessments (JHAs/JSAs) and recommend environmental controls for dredging and pump maintenance.
• Assist Plus Pumps management with completion of projects to ensure all environmental compliance aspects are met.

A salary of $110,000 - $130,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
