FIFO HR Business Partner

Three Month FIFO contract for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong ER skills.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic operation on a FIFO roster for an initial three-month temporary contract, commencing immediately.

Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will provide trusted HR support across a broad range of people matters, with a strong focus on employee relations, case management and stakeholder engagement. You will be confident managing complex workplace issues, coaching leaders, and delivering practical, commercially focused HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in your application, you will have demonstrated experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner and experience in a mining, resources or heavy industry environment. You will possess strong employee relations and case management capabilities, and a proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels. A solid working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia is essential, coupled with the availability to commence immediately.
