Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Factory Hand for an ongoing role with a well-established window manufacturing company based in Melbourne. We have positions across Melbourne’s northern and eastern suburbs. If you’ve got hands-on factory experience and know your way around windows and glazing, we want to hear from you.

About the role

You’ll be working on the factory floor supporting the production and fabrication of windows and glazing products. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, hands-on, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks day to day.

• General factory production and assembly of window units
• Handling and cutting glass and glazing materials
• Operating factory machinery and hand tools safely
• Assisting with preparation, finishing, and quality checking of products
• Working from basic technical specs and measurements
• General factory duties as required

What you’ll need

• Some experience in window manufacturing, glazing, or a related factory environment
• Comfortable handling glass and working with precision materials
• Reliable, hands-on attitude happy to jump between tasks
• Ability to follow basic measurements and work specs
• Experience with aluminium frames or window hardware is a bonus
