Director – Specialised Assets / Going Concern Valuations is an opportunity for someone who has already built a strong reputation in the market and wants more influence over the direction of a business.

Whether you call it Going Concern, Specialised Assets, Alternative Assets or Complimentary Assets, the reality is the same. You’re advising on assets that require more than a standard valuation approach and that complexity is exactly what makes the work interesting.

This business has built a strong position across NSW, particularly in childcare, accommodation and specialised assets. Demand continues to grow and they’re looking for another senior operator to help shape the next phase of that growth.

You’ll join an established leadership team and immediately step into existing work while helping influence strategy, growth and future direction.

The Role:

You’ll operate at Director level, delivering specialised valuations while helping shape both local and national business strategy.

• Childcare centres
• Hotels, motels and accommodation assets
• Student accommodation, boarding houses and serviced accommodation
• Service stations and complimentary assets
• Pubs, licensed venues and hospitality assets
• Client management across banks, developers, funds and trusts
• Strategic input into NSW and national growth plans
• Opportunity to leverage existing relationships and market presence
• Mentor and support emerging valuers within the team
• Contribute to business development and market expansion initiatives

Experience:

• CPV qualification
• Strong specialised assets / going concern valuation experience
• Experience across childcare, accommodation, hospitality or complimentary assets highly regarded
• Existing client relationships and market profile advantageous
• Commercial mindset and ability to contribute strategically
