The Opportunity
As Commercial Property Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 80 properties, growing to around 100 , predominantly comprising strata-title commercial properties across the Hills District.




You’ll work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager who will provide genuine one-on-one mentorship and support, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across all areas of commercial property management.




What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 80–100 commercial properties
• Oversee day-to-day property management and client relationships
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Conduct property inspections
• Assist with lease negotiations and renewals
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Ensure properties are managed efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and compliance requirements
• Work alongside the Senior Property Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional service

About You

• Experienced in commercial property management
• Holds a current NSW Real Estate Licence and Australian driver's licence
• Confident communicating with clients, tenants and contractors
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Professional with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within commercial real estate
