Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: A strong customer service focus, ability to multi-task and take initiative, as well as working autonomously or within a team to fulfil tasks. Great communication skills with customers and management. Seeking someone approachable with the ability to build great rapport with customers and staff alike. Gaming & TAB experience preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn and upskill yourself is a must to fit into our team. We must be willing to learn our internal systems, such as ELMO, SystemOne, CRT and Bepoz. Willingness to learn and absorb information, with a strong competency to manage machine & cashier functions - Efficient cash handling skills & ability to close venue. Ongoing training and development to grow as a team. Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work are a must. Well-presented and a high level of professionalism; stand tall and proud of our company branding and philosophies. Oversee the overall ambience of the Hotels facilities, ensuring our quality standards are always met. Uphold company standards maintaining daily operations & procedures and always maintaining venue's cleanliness. Assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring that the bottle shop is well-presented at all times. Monitoring inventory levels and receiving deliveries to maintain adequate stock levels. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines and ensuring compliance with licensing laws and regulations. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business. A "Can-Do" Attitude and Willingness to Learn! You must be a go-getter! We prefer quick, efficient service, with a SMILE! Certifications Required: Previous Hospitality experience preferred. Please note that candidates with no previous hospitality experience but the right attitude and work ethic will be considered for the role. Current Victorian RSA: Current Gaming License and RSG Certificate (not essential, although preferred; must be willing obtain this to be successful in this position) Valid National Police Certificate (you must be able to provide this within 30 days of your employment start date).
