Role Overview
This is a fully remote, full-time role for a Construction Virtual Assistant who will assist with project administration, documentation management, client and supplier coordination, and general operational support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, calendars, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare and organize quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and work orders
- Maintain accurate project records, files, and documentation
- Track project progress and provide administrative support to the team
- Follow up on permits, approvals, inspections, and project requirements
- Assist in preparing reports and project-related documents
- Support daily business operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction VA, Administrative VA, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience supporting construction, building services, engineering, or trades-based businesses is preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience handling project documentation, quotations, invoices, and scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup
