Our client is an established and fast-growing residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes across South East Queensland.

Due to continued growth and investment in their pre-construction function, they are seeking an experienced Production Systems Estimator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to combine residential estimating expertise with systems management and process improvement, helping to drive efficiency and consistency across the business.

The Role As a Production Systems Estimator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of estimating systems, pricing structures, product information, and production processes while supporting accurate and efficient delivery of residential construction projects.

Working closely with estimating, drafting, contracts administration, procurement, and construction teams, you will ensure systems remain current, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Databuild pricing databases, templates, and master files
• Prepare and review production estimates for residential construction projects
• Update material, supplier, and labour pricing as required
• Manage product inclusions, upgrades, and specification changes within estimating systems
• Review plans, engineering, and construction documentation to ensure costing accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve estimating workflows and operational efficiencies
• Assist with the implementation of new systems, processes, and product releases
• Support estimating and pre-construction teams with technical system-related queries
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all estimating outputs
• Monitor and maintain data integrity within estimating platforms

About You To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Production Estimator, Systems Estimator, or similar residential construction role
• Advanced Databuild experience and a strong understanding of system administration
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building processes
• Experience maintaining pricing schedules and estimating databases
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
