We are looking for experienced Development Bogger Operator's looking to move away from FIFO without compromising on earning potential.

The role

You'll be responsible for supporting underground development activities, ensuring headings are cleared efficiently and safely to allow drilling, ground support and development work to continue.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CAT R2900 underground loaders across development headings.
• Bogging blasted material from development faces and headings.
• Loading trucks and managing the movement of waste and ore underground.
• Maintaining clean and accessible headings to support Jumbo drilling and ground support activities.
• Working closely with Jumbo Operators and development crews to maintain development advance.
• Assisting with stockpile management and general underground material handling.
• Completing pre-start inspections and reporting equipment faults or defects.
• Following underground traffic management procedures and maintaining safe operating practices.

What we're looking for

We're specifically looking for operators who have worked in underground mines and understand the importance of keeping development headings moving.

• Previous underground Development Bogger operating experience essential.
• Proven experience operating underground loaders in hard rock mining.
• Experience bogging development headings and loading underground trucks.
• CAT R2900 experience highly regarded.
• Experience working alongside Jumbo Operators and development crews.
• Narrow-vein mining experience advantageous.
• Current Australian manual driver's licence.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently underground.
• Comfortable working a continuous rotating day/night roster.

Please note that this position requires previous underground Bogger operating experience and is not suitable for entry-level candidates.
