We are currently seeking passionate & experienced Casual Chefs for The Belvedere Hotel located on the Redcliffe Peninsula. We enjoy providing our guests with an enjoyable food & beverage experience that aims to deliver consistent food quality, presentation and taste. This role will report to the Head Chef.
About You
The ideal candidate will have flair, creativity and a genuine love for food, with demonstrated experience working in high volume venues producing a high quality menu.
Minimum 2 year's experience as a Chef in a similar fast-paced environment or someone looking to step up to the challenge.
Keen eye for food trends
Wiling to collaborate with senior venue management to align kitchen operations with overall venue goals and strategic design.
