About the role

Deliver live sales events and train dealership staff across Australia. Activate showrooms, coach teams in real time during customer interactions, and apply proven appointment-led processes to drive exceptional sales outcomes.

Duties

• Deliver live in-dealership sales events and high-impact training across Australia
• Coach sales teams during live customer interactions on the showroom floor
• Lead appointment-setting sessions and support on-site deal closing
• Activate showroom environments to build immediate energy and sales momentum
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to execute multi-day sales events

Skills & experience

• Sales Manager or higher leadership experience with a top 25 automotive brand
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness for frequent interstate travel
• Proven ability to engage, energise, and lead dealership teams on live event days
• Strong phone, communication, and public speaking skills in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated success in hands-on sales leadership, persuasion, and deal execution

Benefits

Compensation for this role is performance-based and aligned to experience, with expected annual earnings of $150,000+ and no cap for high performers. Contracts are renewed on a 12-month basis, with strong opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.
