Job Summary

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our hospitality venues in Sydney . The Operations Associate ensures smooth workflows, efficient service delivery, and coordination between departments, contributing to high-quality guest experiences .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality operations, process coordination, and service management .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality services
• Coordinate staff schedules, workflow, and operational tasks
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Support inventory management and logistics of food, beverages, and supplies
• Generate reports and maintain accurate operational documentation
• Collaborate with front-of-house, kitchen, and management teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Associate, Hospitality Coordinator, or Operations Officer
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Background in hotel, restaurant, or catering operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and hospitality management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or Operations
• Knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and service standards
• Experience in large-scale hospitality operations
