We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading property group for an experienced Administration Manager to join their Centre Management team in the Gold Coast for a 12 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll oversee daily administration, financial processes, and tenant support in a dynamic retail environment.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant rental payments, debtor collections, and arrears follow-up
- Prepare and distribute monthly invoices, statements, and reconciliations
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting
- Maintain accurate tenant and lease records
- Oversee accounts payable, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
- Provide reception relief and customer service support when required
- Ensure compliance with company systems, policies, and WHS standards

- Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Financial administration or property management experience (MRI highly regarded)
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid MS Office skills
