Chef Manager - Cater Care

The Role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint a Chef Manager at one of our key sites in Albion Park, NSW, weekdays only, Monday To Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our customers in aged care and values a well-run kitchen.

What This Role Involves:

• Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
• Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
• Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
• Assisting the broader team as required
• Regular client meetings and dietary updates
