Job Title: Marine Project Coordinator / Marine Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals from the ship repair or shipbuilding industry to join a leading marine company. Candidates with prior Middle East/Gulf experience will be preferred. The role involves coordinating marine maintenance, repair, and operational activities while supporting project execution and vessel maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams

• Assist in preparing Project Work Packs and operational instructions

• Support planning and execution of maintenance activities for vessels and marine equipment

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies

• Coordinate and schedule project activities to meet operational deadlines

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and critical timelines

• Track project progress, costs, and resource utilization

• Evaluate and update project forecasts based on actual progress and expenses

• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and management for smooth project execution

• Maintain accurate project, maintenance, and operational documentation

Salary: ₹5,226,975 INR LPA

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, marine maintenance, or dry dock operations
  • Candidates with Middle East/Gulf experience will be preferred
  • Strong understanding of marine engineering operations and maintenance planning
  • Ability to manage project schedules, timelines, and operational activities
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
