A growing Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 independent co-educational school is seeking a passionate and committed Secondary Science Teacher to join their team from Term 1 2027.

• Full time Secondary Science Teacher role commencing 2027
• Teach Science across Years 7 to 12

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum and SCSA requirements
• Teach Science across Years 7 to 12
• Use a range of evidence based teaching strategies to support student engagement and achievement
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress in line with school and SCSA requirements
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of a diverse student cohort
• Contribute positively to a collaborative teaching team
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues
• Support the Christian ethos and values of the school in daily practice

What we are looking for

• Recognised teaching qualification
• TRBWA registration
• Working With Children Check
• Demonstrated ability to teach Secondary Science
• Strong understanding of the WA Curriculum and SCSA requirements
• Ability to use a variety of teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative approach to working within a school team
• Full Australian working rights
