Contract | Canberra / Australia | NV1 Clearance Required

A ServiceNow specialist consulting practice are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant to lead business analysis, solution design, and ServiceNow platform configuration while working closely with customers and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and requirements gathering activities
• Translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions
• Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and platform features
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Support Agile delivery and best-practice implementation

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' ServiceNow Functional Consulting experience
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience
• Experience across ITSM, CRM/CSM, SPM, FSM, EBS and/or PSDS
• ServiceNow Certified Business Analyst and/or CIS certifications highly regarded
• Active NV1 (or higher) AGSVA Security Clearance is mandatory
