About the Company:
Our client is a leading national Tier 1 construction firm with a reputation for delivering some of Australia’s most complex and iconic commercial projects. Known for their innovation and high-performance culture, they have a strong pipeline of work in Western Australia across the health, education, commercial, and major apartments/student accommodation.

As a Senior   Project Manager/Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project and you will be responsible for leading a high-performing project team, managing sophisticated stakeholders, and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.

Project wise, they are looking for someone to work on either a major datacentre, hotel complex or defence project. 

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, construction projects $100M+ for a main contractor
• Experience working for a tier 1 or larger tier 2 builder
• Ability to manage mitigate risks and ensure project profitability
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, contractors, architects, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills
