The Company
This rapidly growing heavy vehicle parts business supplies new and used truck components to customers across Australia. Working with major brands including Kenworth, Mack, Western Star, Hino, Isuzu and Mercedes-Benz, they have built a strong reputation within the transport industry for service, product knowledge and fast turnaround times.
With continued growth and increasing demand, they are now looking to bring in a Junior Parts Interpreter to join their Rocklea team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone mechanically minded who wants to build a long-term career within the heavy vehicle industry.

The Role
In this role you will learn all aspects of heavy vehicle parts interpreting while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will support customers with parts enquiries, assist with quotations and sales support, and develop a strong understanding of truck systems and components.
This role would suit someone from an automotive, machinery, transport or mechanical background looking to step into a career-focused position with genuine progression and earning potential. Attitude, drive and willingness to learn are valued just as highly as experience.

Duties:
• Assist customers with identifying and sourcing truck parts
• Learn heavy vehicle systems, components and parts interpretation
• Support phone, online and workshop enquiries
• Prepare quotes and assist with parts sales activities
• Build relationships with workshops, mechanics and transport operators
• Work closely with experienced team members to develop technical knowledge

Requirements:
• Mechanical interest or background in trucks, automotive, machinery or parts
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Junior or experienced candidates considered
