Digital Marketing Assistant

In this role, you’ll be helping our team create eye-catching content and roll out exciting Front of House marketing strategies that keep us ahead of the curve. You’ll play a key part in keeping our brand fresh, fun, and engaging, working closely with the team to bring new ideas to life and support marketing campaigns.

This role is full time, ongoing, and located in our office in the CBD, Perth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Assistant include:
- Work closely with the team to develop creative digital marketing campaigns and content that drive brand awareness and ultimately sales
- Assist with maintaining and updating our websites, including blog posts and engaging content
- Maintain and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and send eye-catching marketing emails to our clients, participants, and providers
- Support events and promotions
- Monitor, record and react to campaign effectiveness and reach, based on data analytics
- Assist with market research, tracking trends, and gathering data to support campaign planning
You'll definitely need to have these skills:
• Qualifications in one or more of these fields: Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication Design (or similar)
• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
• Experience with Email Marketing such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Experience with Meta Business Suite (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced setting
• A creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Have a data driven mindset, and loves outcome based marketing
• A portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills and experience
It'd be beneficial if you had:
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
