An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Manager to join a highly regarded property organisation overseeing a premium residential high-rise community.

Supported by an established on-site team, including hotel operations and internal support staff, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, ensuring facilities, contractors, compliance, and resident services are maintained to the highest standard.

The Role

• Manage the daily operations of a high-rise residential building
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance programs, and compliance requirements
• Maintain exceptional presentation and functionality of common areas and facilities
• Build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and service providers
• Ensure a high standard of customer service across the community

About You

• Previous experience as a Building Manager, Facilities Manager, Caretaker, or similar
• Strong knowledge of building operations and contractor management
• Professional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
• Well organised with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
