Remedial Construction Estimator

Beacon Building Services (BBS) is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced

Remedial Construction Estimator who can hit the ground running. If you have a strong background in remedial building, defect diagnosis, and accurate cost estimation, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Remedial Construction Estimator to support our growing workload. In this role, you will:

• Prepare detailed and accurate reports and estimates for repair and refurb projects
• Analyse building reports, engineering documentation, and site inspections
• Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost plans
• Identify project risks and propose value-engineering solutions
• Liaise with clients, strata managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• At least 5 years' experience in remedial or rectification construction estimating
• Strong understanding of building defects, water ingress, concrete repair, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectification
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and building reports
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and negotiating skills
• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Trade qualification preferred
