Electrical Project Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing electrical contractor delivering projects across industrial, commercial, infrastructure and energy sectors nationally. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their high-performing team.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and financial objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from planning through to completion
• Leading project teams, subcontractors and site personnel
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Monitoring project performance and profitability
• Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinating procurement and resource allocation
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Providing regular reporting to senior management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering electrical construction projects
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of electrical standards, compliance and safety requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel nationally
• Electrical trade background and/or relevant engineering qualifications highly regarded
• Current driver's licence
