The Perks:

Permanent or FIFO Flexibility - We understand that one size doesn't fit all, so we offer two distinct pathways:

Option 1: Permanent Residence

• Exceptional Earnings: Total package value of $490,000 per annum , including in-clinic earnings (~$300k) and a VMO rate totaling $110k/year.
• Housing & Car: A generous House & Car package (valued at $60k) plus an attractive sign-on and relocation bonus.
• Government Incentives: MMM6 & DPA location —eligible for significant moratorium reductions and various procedural/rural grants.

Option 2: FIFO Package

• High-Yield Blocks: Based on a 2-week on-site rotation.
• Earnings: A 12-day block package is $23,800 , totaling $309,400 per annum (based on 13 rotations).
• Roster: A sustainable 1:2 roster during your 2-week on-site block.

Skills & Experience

• Fellowship: FRACGP or FACRRM with Specialist Registration (AHPRA).
• Clinical Readiness: Current ALS2 or REST certification for hospital participation.
• Spirit: An autonomous clinician who enjoys variety and is eager to work within a supportive framework designed to help you settle into a new community.
