Site Supervisor

Our longstanding client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team, overseeing residential builds across Sydney’s North West.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about the industry and looking to build a long term career in construction. You will work directly under a management team that have been in the industry for years.

About The Role

• Supervise multiple builds across the North West Sydney area
• Coordinate trades, schedules and daily workloads
• Keep regular, weekly contact with the client
• Keep the company up to date on progress and performance

Skills & experience

• Cert III in Carpentry & Cert IV in Building & Construction
• Experience working within the custom home or project home space highly regarded
• A good attitude and willingness to progress within the industry. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within this business

About you

• A minimum of 1 year supervising residential builds in Australia
• Well organised and professional in presentation – this is a client facing role, so a high standard of personal presentation is essential
• You are motivated to build a career in the industry. Lots of training provided for the right candidate

The salary for this position is flexible depending on experience - $100K - $135K + Super + Car.
