ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Architect to join the team and contribute across the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in the delivery of high-end custom homes, taking ownership of documentation, technical detailing, and construction phase coordination. This role suits someone who is confident working in Revit and has strong experience navigating CC/CDC approvals and delivering projects through to site.



 
DUTIES

• Lead and contribute to detailed design and construction documentation in Revit
• Manage CC/CDC approval processes and liaise with relevant consultants
• Produce high-quality technical detailing aligned with premium residential standards
• Coordinate consultants and resolve design issues throughout documentation and construction
• Attend site meetings and oversee project delivery through construction stages

 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Registered Architect (or working towards registration)
• Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrated project delivery experience
• Solid understanding of CC/CDC processes within NSW
• Proven experience in construction documentation and technical detailing
• Experience working on high-end / bespoke residential projects preferred
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and builders
