Echo Projects Co is a commercial builder based in Windsor, Brisbane. We deliver hospitality, retail, workplace, and medical projects across South-East Queensland. We're a growing business with a tight, experienced team and a strong pipeline of work.

About the role

This is a true cadet role. You'll rotate across estimating, project delivery, and site depending on where the business needs you and where you're at in your development. You won't be pigeonholed, and no two weeks will look the same.

Day to day you'll be working alongside our estimator, project manager, and site team on live commercial projects. Over time, you'll build a clear picture of how a construction business runs from first enquiry through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with tender preparation and estimating
• Document control across live projects
• Assisting with subcontract preparation and scope of works
• Head contract administration support
• Communicating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Attending site to support the site team with administration
• Preparing project reports and correspondence
• General project administration across multiple projects

About you

• Currently enrolled in a construction management or related degree (this is a requirement)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Current driver's licence
• Reliable, organised, and keen to get across all parts of the business
• Some prior construction or trade experience is a bonus, but not essential
