Site Manager

Core Talent are seeking an experienced Site Managers to lead a high-end retail fit out project in Brisbane’s inner north. This is a premium project, and we need someone with a strong focus on finishes and end-stage works , able to oversee trades and deliver exceptional quality on both day and night shifts .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day site operations 
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure programme delivery
• Ensure the highest standards of finishes and compliance with specifications
• Liaise with stakeholders for smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience on high-end retail fit out projects
• Strong knowledge of finishes and end-stage works
• Ability to manage multiple trades efficiently across day/night shifts
• QBCC Site Supervisor License 
• Trade background highly regarded
