The role includes high-end development and/or capital transactions/leasing work, and sale and acquisition of commercial property, including possibly some work with retirement villages. The combination of good clients, a great work environment, and the chance to deal at senior level directly with clients on significant matters is a rare opportunity in this market for an astute lawyer.
