About the Role

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Luxury Celebrations & Weddings Advisor to support our growing concierge, partnerships, luxury travel, and celebration marketplace business.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about weddings, luxury travel, hospitality, destination celebrations, and premium client experiences. You will work closely with couples, celebration clients, venues, vendors, hotels, resorts, tourism partners, and luxury suppliers to create meaningful connections and drive commercial outcomes.

The position combines client advisory, sales, business development, partner management, concierge services, and luxury travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Concierge Advisory

  • Manage concierge enquiries for weddings, destination celebrations, honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone events, and luxury experiences.
  • Consult with clients to understand budgets, destinations, guest requirements, timelines, venues, travel preferences, and overall celebration vision.
  • Recommend suitable venues, vendors, hotels, resorts, travel partners, and curated guest experiences.
  • Coordinate introductions between clients and Wedded Wonderland partners.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into bookings, referrals, partnerships, and commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver a premium, responsive, and brand-aligned customer experience at all times.

Business Development & Partner Sales

  • Drive sales of Wedded Wonderland memberships, listings, concierge partnerships, and commercial offerings.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with venues, hotels, resorts, travel providers, tourism stakeholders, and luxury event suppliers.
  • Educate partners on referral processes and opportunity conversion.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to support engagement, renewals, referrals, and bookings.
  • Build long-term relationships with premium wedding, hospitality, and tourism partners.
  • Represent Wedded Wonderland professionally across all client and partner interactions.

Luxury Travel, Hotel & Guest Experience Sales

  • Identify opportunities for luxury travel, accommodation, honeymoon, and guest experience bookings connected to celebrations and weddings.
  • Coordinate opportunities relating to:

    • Hotel room blocks
    • Resort and villa stays
    • Honeymoon and anniversary travel
    • Guest accommodation and group travel
    • VIP experiences and luxury add-ons
  • Collaborate with hotels, resorts, travel advisors, tourism boards, and destination suppliers to convert opportunities into bookings and revenue.
  • Support the growth of travel and hospitality revenue linked to destination celebrations.

Commercial Conversion & Lead Management

  • Generate revenue through referrals, bookings, commissions, partnership sales, memberships, and concierge services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partner communications, bookings, referrals, and sales activity within CRM systems.
  • Manage and nurture sales pipelines through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
  • Track conversions and support achievement of sales and performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience, partner engagement, and commercial performance.

Brand, Content & Market Support

  • Share market insights, destination trends, client feedback, and partner opportunities with internal teams.
  • Support promotional and brand-related initiatives connected to weddings, luxury travel, venues, and celebrations.
  • Represent the Wedded Wonderland brand across calls, emails, events, meetings, and social interactions.
  • Stay informed on trends within luxury weddings, travel, hospitality, and destination events.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, weddings, events, luxury travel, tourism, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and commercial opportunities simultaneously.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Confident using CRM systems, communication platforms, and sales tools.
  • Passion for luxury experiences, weddings, travel, and premium customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Availability & Travel

  • Flexibility to support client and partner needs outside standard business hours when required.
  • Availability for occasional weekend work, events, and time-sensitive enquiries.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally for venue visits, partner meetings, industry events, and destination opportunities.
