Signage Production Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Signage Production Lead to take ownership of workshop operations within a well-established and growing print and signage environment based in Busselton. This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to a confident operator who can manage the full production cycle, ensure quality output, and work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. With strong systems and equipment already in place, you’ll be set up to focus on delivering efficient, high-quality results while contributing to ongoing growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing production from artwork approval through to final output
• Operating and managing large-format printing and finishing equipment
• Scheduling and prioritising jobs to meet deadlines
• Preparing and adjusting artwork files to ensure print accuracy
• Conducting final quality checks before dispatch
• Identifying and resolving issues ahead of production
• Reviewing workflow and maintaining organised workspaces
• Liaising with internal teams on job progress and priorities
• Supporting junior staff when required
• Monitoring production performance and identifying improvements

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a print or signage production environment
• Strong technical skills across large-format printing equipment
• Advanced ability in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience producing signage, decals, banners, and vehicle graphics
• Confident working independently and managing full job cycles
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Well-organised with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
