HVAC Team Leader

An exciting role has become available for an experienced HVAC Team Leader based on the Gold Coast!

As a Team Leader, you will lead and support the trade team while overseeing quoting, tendering, and service installations in line with policies and regulations. The role involves reviewing timesheets, conducting inspections, mentoring apprentices, and resolving technical issues to ensure quality and compliance. You are also responsible for meeting performance targets, providing cost estimates, managing emergency responses, and completing hands-on work using a range of tools and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure contract and service delivery meet KPIs and client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and manage client meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes.
• Regularly assess objectives and adjust plans for continual improvement and alignment with client needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and collaborate to create innovative solutions.
• Operate in line with company values, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Support and mentor team members to enhance performance and professional growth.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Construction White Card
• HVAC Trade Qualification
• Current QLD Drivers License (manual)
• Refrigerant Handling License (ARCtick).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to provide satisfactory employment references.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable leadership or supervisory position within the HVAC or building services sector
