Recruitment Officer | Southern Suburbs | Up to $100K + Super | ASAP Start

I'm currently partnering with a well-established engineering and industrial services business based in Perth's Southern Suburbs that is looking to appoint a Recruitment Officer for an ASAP start .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and working closely with operational leaders to attract high-quality talent across both blue and white-collar roles.

The Role Supporting multiple operational divisions, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a busy and rewarding role that will see you engaging with stakeholders across the business to source, secure and onboard top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Active candidate sourcing and talent pooling
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Managing offers, reference checking and pre-employment requirements
• Coordinating onboarding and mobilisation activities
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience in either an internal or agency environment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused attitude and passion for delivering great outcomes

Highly Regarded

• Previous blue-collar recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, mining, industrial or maintenance environments
• Exposure to high-volume recruitment and workforce mobilisation
• Experience managing onboarding processes
