Hays Trades & Labour are seeking experienced Site Supervisors for upcoming commercial, civil and infrastructure projects across Townsville and Ingham




Your new role

• Coordinate and supervise daily site operations
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
• Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections
• Monitor project progress and maintain site records
• Drive compliance with WHS and quality standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades on site
• Current White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong understanding of safety and construction processes

Desirable

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Trade qualification
• Commercial, civil or infrastructure project experience
