The hotel features 564 spacious luxury guest rooms and suites, four exceptional food and beverage outlets, and 18 versatile function rooms.

 

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Banquets & Events Service team .

About the Role

As a Service Associate – Food & Beverage Attendant (Banquets & Events) , you will report to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Service Manager, and Service Leaders. You will play a key role in delivering courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service for events and functions held at the hotel.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and replenishing full mise-en-place before and after service

• Managing the pass and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes to the correct tables

• Ensuring smooth operation of assigned sections during service

• Demonstrating strong knowledge of menus and service standards

• Collecting requisitioned food and beverage items, checking order accuracy and expiry dates

• Maintaining cleanliness of function equipment, service stations, banquet benches, and surfaces

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment

• At least 1 year’s experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety practices

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
