Position: Construction Project Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

Location: Perth, WA

Currently hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and pre-construction phases of commercial healthcare projects.

The role involves managing project planning, estimating, consultant and design coordination, procurement, tendering and client engagement to ensure projects are thoroughly planned and ready for successful delivery.

Applicants should have strong commercial construction experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• 9+ Years of Experience managing in commercial construction projects, ideally within healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong project planning, estimating and pre-construction coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sound commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret construction documentation and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building or a related discipline (preferred).
