They are now seeking a Property & Tenant Coordinator to join their team.

Your new role

Specialising in three main areas consisting of tenant liaison, contractor liaison and building maintenance, the role will be based in the office to ensure the following duties are performed:

Professional communication to tenants & stakeholders (both internal and external).

  • Keep the senior property team informed of all tenant queries
  • Ensure all property admin reports are filed accordingly
  • Ensure all invoices are accurately coded and processed in a timely manner
  • Assisting the senior property team with contracted and non-contracted maintenance
  • Track and maintain registrations, compliance reviews and documentation
  • Minutes of meetings are typed accurately and distributed in an efficient manner


What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will withhold demonstrated exposure across facilities coordination or lease administration as well as the following;

  • A proactive, self‑starting mindset with the ability to work autonomously and identify priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fantastic skills within service delivery when dealing with stakeholders
  • Be a self-starter, taking initiative in their day-to-day operational requirements
  • Be able to effectively work within a team-based environment and contribute effectively to wider department goals
  • Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
