We’re on the lookout for Food Manufacturing Production Staff Members who are as committed to creating great food as we are. As a member of our production team, you’ll be entrusted with bringing our Beerenberg products (including our iconic strawberry jam!) to life, ensuring the quality and supply of an iconic South Australian brand.

• You’ll be skilled in machine operation and have the flexible thinking needed to skill up when faced with new equipment.
• You’ll have the flexibility to work across multiple production lines . We have roles available across food preparation, cooking, packaging and dispatch, and love it when people can work across multiple teams with ease.
• You’ll have your forklift license and know all the workplace safety regulations and personal responsibilities that come with it.
• You’ll be a food safety whiz , skilled at identifying and escalating all Food Safety & Quality issues.

The following Monday to Friday shift options are available for Beerenberg Food Manufacturing Production Team Members . Flexibility to work across both shifts is highly regarded:

• • • 7am – 3pm
    • 3pm – 11pm

Now, for your own ingredients list. You’ll be the right person for this role if you:

• Have some tried and tested food manufacturing experience under your belt (or, are ready to skill up with our team supervisors!).
• Have a sound understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Are Adelaide-based. All our food manufacturing takes place on our family farm in Hahndorf, which is where we’ve lived and breathed our craft for six generations. 
• Approach tasks with impeccable attention to detail and a calm, can-do attitude.
• Click with people naturally, communicating with clarity and mixing seamlessly into the Beerenberg family.
• Love, love, love all things food, flavour and South Australian, Beerenberg y goodness.
