WHAT’S ON OFFER
Our client is looking for a Leading Hand / Sub Foreman (Remedial) to work on an array of complex remedial projects. This is an opportunity for a good up and coming Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to work for this excellent remedial business. Opportunity to move into Site Management and grow with this business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Site Safety / OH&S
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Assist in managing the construction programming
• Site set out and mark out
• Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
• Interpreting and reading plans

TO BE CONSIDERED

• Trade background in Carpentry
• Must have Remedial experience as a Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand
• Can run across multiple projects on the tools and coordinating subcontractors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans / drawings
• Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
