Due to the retirement of one of our amazing team who has been with us for over 10 years we now have a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take over an established claims desk.

The role 

• Managing and growing long-standing client relationships
• Developing new business opportunities across the insurance claims market
• Recruiting high-quality permanent and contract talent
• Building trusted partnerships with candidates throughout their careers
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Becoming a genuine market expert within the insurance claims industry

About you

• Proven success within agency recruitment
• Insurance experience or financial services
• A track record of business development and account management
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
• A consultative approach with excellent communication skills
• The ability to quickly learn and understand technical insurance claims roles
• Strong organisational skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
