Decor Systems is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our growing team in Sydney. This is a role focused on CNC programming, production optimisation, tooling strategy, and manufacturing efficiency across our advanced Biesse and Woodtron CNC machinery.
You’ll play a key role in translating architectural and production requirements into efficient, accurate CNC programs that support the manufacture of high-quality timber acoustic panels used in schools, theatres, offices, hospitals, and major commercial projects across Australia.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage CNC programs using BiesseWorks, Bsolid, and Alphacam
- Generate nests, toolpaths, machining strategies, and production-ready CNC files
- Optimise machining efficiency, material yield, and production workflow
- Manage tooling allocation, tooling libraries, and machining parameters
- Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and production documentation
- Collaborate closely with production, design, and factory teams to improve manufacturing outcomes
- Troubleshoot programming and production issues where required
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and production standardisation
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience using BiesseWorks, Biesse Bsolid, and Alphacam
- Strong background in CNC programming and manufacturing optimisation
- Experience developing tooling strategies and nesting efficiencies
- Minimum 2+ years experience in CNC programming within timber or wood manufacturing
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation
- AutoCAD experience (desirable)
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production environments
- Must be based in Sydney and hold valid Australian work rights
