Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Making outbound calls across various campaigns
• Representing brands professionally and confidently
• Following structured scripts while personalising conversations naturally
• Managing callbacks and follow-ups efficiently
• Updating CRM systems accurately
• Working towards achievable call and performance targets

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years’ experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service
• Clear, professional Australian-level communication skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Positive, results-driven attitude
• Experience using CRM or call tracking systems (highly regarded)
