The Position
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a commercial office asset.

• Managing day-to-day operations of the asset including maintenance, work orders and invoicing.
• Managing tenant and contractor relationships.
• Financial reporting, including Capex budgets and capital management.
• Compliance, risk management and reviews.

The Ideal Candidate

• Ideally 10+ years facilities management experience
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in facilities management / construction operations management
• HSE&S awareness and other risk management regulations
• Exceptional time management
• Building system software knowledge
