The Position

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a premium commercial office asset in Perth CBD.

Working alongside an experienced Property Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the building operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, compliance and customer service. This position offers exposure to asset enhancement initiatives, capital works, ESG projects and tenant improvement programs, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career with a leading institutional owner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a premium commercial asset.
• Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
• Assisting with Capex projects, tenant fit-outs and building improvement works.
• Managing operational budgets, invoices and service contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, WHS requirements and risk management processes.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives and ESG objectives across the asset.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in commercial facilities management.
• Strong understanding of building services, contractor management and compliance.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, capital works or tenant fit-outs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline are highly regarded.
