We are seeking an experienced WMS Applications Support Analyst with strong expertise in Manhattan WMi 2016 and IBM i (AS/400) environments to support warehouse management operations across multiple distribution centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for Manhattan WMi 2016
• Monitor and resolve application incidents within SLA targets
• Manage user access, security roles, and system configurations
• Monitor interfaces, queues, IDocs, and integrations between SAP and WMi
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and stock-on-hand mismatches
• Support change management, root cause analysis, and vendor escalations
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and ServiceNow records
