Site Manager - Inner West

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded commercial builder to recruit an experienced Site Manager for the delivery of a $7M boutique apartment development located in Melbourne's Inner West.
This project comprises ground plus two levels and will suit a Site Manager who enjoys running well-planned, medium-scale residential developments while working with a collaborative and supportive project team.

The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to an exceptional standard of quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the construction programme from site establishment through to practical completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and trades.
• Maintain project quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Monitor programme and proactively manage site productivity.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives.
• Drive a positive site culture focused on teamwork, quality and delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering apartment or multi-residential developments.
• Experience managing projects valued around $5M-$15M .
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, finishes and defect management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on safety, quality and programme.
