Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a national sales and technical team
  • Develop and execute the division’s sales strategy and business plan
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts at a senior level
  • Identify and capitalise on new product, market, and customer opportunities
  • Oversee a diverse packaging portfolio, including: Flexible packaging (printed & unprinted) Die-cut lidding, laminates, and foils Packaging machinery (filling, sealing, and processing equipment)
  • Drive performance against revenue and margin targets
  • Collaborate with product managers to deliver growth across key product categories
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and brand positioning
  • Monitor and optimise KPIs to improve team performance and commercial outcomes
