The Role As Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring your portfolio is professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and contractor works.
• Manage lease administration, renewals and rent reviews.
• Monitor arrears, budgets and ensure legislative compliance.

About You

• Previous experience in Commercial Property Management or Assistant Commercial Property Management.
• Residential Property Managers looking to transition into commercial are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Current South Australian Property Management Registration (or the ability to obtain).
