About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an Automotive Parts Interpreter. This role is ideal for someone with automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude who enjoys helping customers find the right parts and solutions.
Duties
- Answer customer and workshop enquiries and identify their parts requirements
- Interpret automotive parts using internal systems, catalogues and available data
- Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Research products and vehicle applications using online resources and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in automotive parts, sales or a related industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge or genuine automotive aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn internal systems and catalogues
- Highly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries
- $70K–$85K salary, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Supportive team environment with experienced parts and sales staff
- Opportunity to develop strong automotive product knowledge and career skills
