Job Description

Client Services Manager – Service Delivery

· Lead key mining managed services customer engagements

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute services delivery professional to lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio of key mining managed services customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build executive relationships, align service delivery to business outcomes, and lead customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

In this role you will:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with CIO, CTO and senior customer stakeholders.

· Own service governance, including QBRs/MBRs, executive reporting, service performance, risks and improvement plans.

· Act as the primary escalation point for complex service issues, ensuring customer needs are clearly represented and resolved.

· Lead continual service improvement initiatives that improve service quality, customer experience and operational efficiency.

· Monitor commercial health across contracts, including revenue, profitability, invoicing, compliance and scope variations.

· Identify organic growth opportunities and support pre-sales activity through solution shaping, commercial alignment and risk assessment.

· Work closely with sales, operations and technical teams to ensure managed services outcomes are delivered and continually enhanced.

About you

You are a passionate leader with proven success leading IT service delivery and account management with:

· Experience engaging C-level stakeholders in complex environments

· Strong understanding of managed services, ITIL governance, CSI and SLA management

· Commercial and financial management capability

· Ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships

· Experience driving customer growth and value realisation
